Day One...the Bee
I got a new camera! Based on what I am learning from several different websites and blogs, I want to take at least one 'printable' picture each day until I really learn how this thing works...may take me years.
I probably took 200 shots trying to get a picture of this stupid bee in midair...I finally gave up and decided to be happy with this one. I like the way you can see the details of his wings.

Wow, that's beautiful! What camera / lens are you using? How close did you have to get to the bee?
I'm dying for a macro lens so I can take close ups like that without having to get so close I scare it away, but that probably won't be until at least Christmas.
